BEFORE YOU INQUIRE
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Please allow META_FRAME camera access in your iPhone settings. Album selection through the system photo selector is available independently of camera permissions.
After the first draw, redraw up to three times per day and choose from up to four candidates. Once you complete a mission, you cannot redraw that day. The day is determined by your device’s current date.
Photos and records are kept in the app's internal storage. In Settings → Full record backup and restore, you can export or restore completed photos, missions, notes, stars, and photo books as a file. In-progress shooting drafts and device settings are excluded. Restoration validates the file and adds its records; if the same ID exists, the current device's content is kept. Automatic synchronization between devices is not provided. Backup files contain personal photos and notes, so keep them in a safe location. Back up any records you need before deleting the app.
Copies included in Apple device backups depend on the device's backup settings and are separate from app backup files you export yourself.
Delete individual logs from the history screen, with a brief Undo option immediately afterward. Deleting all logs in Settings requires confirmation and cannot be undone.
Deleting data in the app does not delete exported backup files, photo book PDFs, shared copies, or past device backups. Manage them separately at their storage locations.
Please check whether notifications are enabled/time, iPhone notification permission status, and focus mode are enabled in the app settings. Notifications are scheduled on your device.
Tap a photo on the board or in your records, then choose “Mission used for this photo” or “Mission · Notes.” You can review the mission, plan, and notes from when you completed the photo.
You can configure sound effects, haptics, and background music separately in the app settings. Sound effects follow your device's silent-mode setting.
