Information and purposes
HEUGI PROTEIN processes information you enter to calculate protein goals, record intake, manage supplement routines and generate result cards.
Information processed includes weight, goals, exercise frequency, number of meals, protein intake logs, quick-log items, supplement routines and supplement intake checks.
Storage and external transfer
Records are stored internally on your device.
Auto-saved data for apps is excluded from iCloud device backups.
We do not transmit your health records to developer servers or use them for ad tracking.
When users share JSON backups, CSVs, or resulting images directly, the policies of the external app or storage location they choose are applied.
Retention
Your device's internal history is kept until you delete individual records or all data or delete the app.
Copies you save directly to the Files app, Photos app, or an external service follow that location's retention settings.
In-app purchases
Heugi Plus purchases are processed through the Apple App Store.
The Operator does not directly collect or store payment card numbers or payment passwords.
Notifications
If the user allows notifications, schedule device notifications to log protein and confirm supplement intake.
Notifications can be turned off in app settings or iPhone settings.
Your rights and requests
Users can view, edit, and delete their records within the app and export them in JSON backup, CSV, and result image formats.
Questions or requests regarding the processing of personal information can be sent to customer support via email.
Deleting data
Users can delete app data saved on the device through ‘My → Delete personal information and data’ in the app.
Temporary CSV and JSON backup files created by the app are also cleaned up during the app's internal deletion process.
Any copies you save directly in the Files app, Photos app, or external services must be deleted from those locations separately.
Deleting an app also removes any remaining data inside the app.
Health information
Protein goals, meal distribution and supplement records are general information and recording features for healthy adults.
It is not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or prescription.
Users requiring medical dietary management should use the goals established with their healthcare provider.
The target number of supplements is not a recommended dosage and you should take precedence over the product label and medical professional guidance.
Policy updates
If this policy is changed, the effective date and changes will be disclosed on this page.
If the app's actual functionality or data processing method changes, the public documentation will also be updated.
