FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Frequently asked questions

Privacy policy
01Why do my records start with 0g the next day?

Protein intake is recorded by day, so each new day's intake starts at 0g. If you don't see records from previous dates or display differently than expected, please let us know the app version and which screen you are experiencing the issue on.

02How do I cancel a protein record that was added incorrectly?

In the ‘Records’ tab, select the date and record and then use ‘Delete this record’ on the ‘Edit protein record’ screen. You can also select ‘Delete’ by sliding an item in the history list.

You can immediately revert the history you just deleted using the undo instructions that appear at the bottom of the screen.

03How do I change my nutritional supplement intake record?

Press and hold the completed nutritional supplement button or select ‘Cancel the most recent serving’ on the details screen.

04How do I restore my Heugi Plus purchase?

You can restore it through ‘My → Heugi Plus → Restore Purchase History’.

05How do I delete my entire data?

You can delete app data saved on your device in ‘My → Delete Personal Information and Data’. Temporary CSV and JSON backup files created by the app are also cleaned up.

Any copies you save directly in the Files app, Photos app, or external services must be deleted from those locations separately.

06How do I transfer my history to my new iPhone?

Create a JSON backup on your old device, then restore it on your new device. Your history does not currently automatically sync to other devices.

07How do I keep my backups safe?

Keep a JSON backup if you want to move or restore your records. CSV and resulting images are for sharing purposes, please separate them from JSON backups for restoration.

Since your backup may include health records, save it in a location only you can access and do not leave it on a public link or on a shared device. After checking the restored contents on your new device, manually delete any unnecessary copies.
